We're sad to hear that two more dolphins have died at Sea Life Park this year bringing the total up to 143. 91 of those were taken from Hawaiian waters. Although COVID-19 restrictions in Hawai'i allowed zoos and aquariums to reopen months ago, Sea Life Park has remained closed since March 17th and has yet to announce a reopening date. It is unclear if this is related to a reported tip from an anonymous engineer who alleged park management covered up knowledge of the imminent collapse of three structures on the property while keeping them open to the public.
